Avitron has ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 3834-2:2005 Welding Quality Management System in place for our sheet metal manufacturing unit and in compliance with such international standards we ensure product quality right from purchasing of raw material to delivering finished products.

Avitron is an EN 1090 ready company. If products require CE marking as per requirements of EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3 for steel and aluminum products respectively or if there’s requirement for conformance with EN 15085 for railway components, Avitron has its processes ready to fulfill the applicable requirements for product certification,as per applicable product category, at the earliest.

We understand our responsibility towards the environment. Sustainable development of the society is possible only through preserving our ecosystem. With this in focus,we have FSC CoC Management System (FSCSTD-40-004 v3-0) for our wood plant.

Our Quality inspection team use best in class equipment such as CMM FARO ARM (1.8 m, 6 – Axis) for inspection.We use statistical methodologies to evaluate and control the processes in order to prevent non-conforming outputs and make processes more efficient.
